According to me, the teacher planning for teaching in school have been planned before teaching and the teaching pattern is also good and directed so that when teaching learning runs chronologically and children are well controlled.

Their Preparing Lessons and Materials

Their preparing lessons and materials is good because before teaching all the lesson plans and teaching patterns and the media provided are good. Every time teaching the teacher always prepares all the teaching needs and needs of the children.

Their Teaching in Class

Teaching them in class is good and all activities in the classroom can be managed by the teacher well. The teacher has an appearance that is in accordance with the norms of the area, has a good personality. The teacher is able to create a pleasant classroom atmosphere. each learning has learning media and makes games and regular time

Their Measurement and evaluation

The process of measuring and evaluating children in kindergarten is starting from the beginning of the learning process until the end of the semester. so the teacher sees day after day every child's development, observes the child through observation, anecdotal notes and others. after seeing and collecting data the teacher is able to provide measurement and assessment and evaluation of the child

My Overall Impression to the Teacher Performances

My impression has become a professional teacher who is able to manage the class, able to teach, able to make a class that is fun, has good skills and personality.
